AMSA at American International Medical University organized a General Health Camp on the 24th of July 2016, Sunday.Prior to the health Camp, AMSA arranged a seminar to get the participants equipped with all of the necessary information. This seminar was lead by Mr.Kumaresan Elumalai.

On the following day the Health Camp took place in the vicinity of the St.Josephs Church in Gros Islet. Stations were set up with the help of tents acquired from Blue Waters. Students Conducted through medical History along with vitals. Public were also tested for Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity and advised based on Necessity. Nutrition counseling was held by students from senior medical year. Medical students from American International Medical University, including members of ASMA, participated in this even and provided service to the general public. All the church goers and general public accessed the services provided in the camp and got recommendations for their good health. The camp was valuable to the local community and was appreciated with valuable feedback.
