The day started with us boarding the boat (carnival party) from marina bay, along with the Atlantic University School of Medicine students ,the trip was designated to south of Saint Lucia till Mt Pitons. The Journey begin at 10 am. There was water and food (chicken rotis) served in the boat itself, during the travel we had a DJ playing songs; he had a good mix of both Indian and English music, We reached Mt Pitons beach by 2pm we had a halt there for about 2 hrs where everyone entered the waters and relaxed after which we sailed to Soufriere dock by 4pm where we shopped at the nearby stores and from there it was back to Marina bay. On the way we had rain showers, We reached the dock by 6pm. It was a terrific day out, enjoyed by everyone on the trip; excellent organisation and instruction, and good value for money :-).There was never a dull moment and even mother nature was looking at her very best!
